Vixa Pharmaceutical Company Limited - Our client is a fast-growing indigenous Cosmetics Company in Lagos has an urgent vacancy for a qualified candidates to fill the advertise position below:

Job Title: Customer Retail Officer Location: Ogudu, Lagos Job Description

Identify customer’s needs, present and answer questions about company products and services and recommend solutions.
Ensures customer optimal level satisfaction is guarantee.
Maintain and manage customer database with high credibility.
Assessing customer preferences and impacts of buying decisions on product brand identity.

Roles and Responsibilities

Support Retail Store Pick-Up by helping them with the receipt of goods from truck; and process customer pick-up.
Maintain customer hold area by keeping the area organized and removing items that are beyond the hold dates.
Suggesting alternative items when products aren't available to customers.
Establishing a quick rapport with customers.
Deal with customer feedback and general inquiries.
Give customers service information including product knowledge.
Process service and return transactions at the register in alignment with company’s100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
Accept payment for goods, make change, and issue receipts.
Identify, investigate and deal with customer issues accordingly.

Qualifications

A minimum of OND Business Administration, Marketing or other related Social Sciences.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a reputable organization.
Knowledge in Supermarket will be added advantage.
Candidate must reside in Ogudu, Ojota, Ketu and its environs.

Skill Requirements:

Excellent Communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Understanding of the Customer retail process.
Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures.
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
Good Team player.
