Job Title:Logistics Advisor I

Job Description:
- Has overall responsibilities to serve as the contact for providing logistical and materials management services and
support for its ongoing business, including affiliates where no local services organization or infrastructure exists.
- Manages the day-to-day logistical business,including, but not limited to, implementing logistics strategies, supervising drilling logistics contractor staff, material control functions, inventory management, and
coordinating material movements to offshore or onshore rig locations.
- Provide technical input into logistics strategies and plans to support "Operating Organizations"
- Provides technical support and input for logistics activities and interface coordination with "Clients" to support transportation of materials and equipment into, within, and from the country of operation.
- Provides technical support in managing interfaces with procurement and warehouse services including tax and customs, expediting, shipping/receiving, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), inventory management.
- Supports Logistics Management to ensure logistics service companies comply with all prevailing regulatory, environmental and statutory requirements.
- Provides technical expertise and facilitates consistent coordination of Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS), Controls Integrity Management System (CIMS) and Logistic best practices.
- Provides technical support for Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) programs and inspections of services and equipment including work-site inspections, security, audits and quality assurance verifications.
- Provides technical expertise and facilitates consistent coordination of complex risk assessments, incident investigation and engineering studies.
- Leads or participates in logistics cost management and productivity improvement plans.
- Leads or supports logistics teams troubleshooting issues.
- Provides technical expertise to support to ensure all Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and Export Controls requirements are met.
- Provides guidance for appropriate logistics components of Emergency Response Plans (ERP).
- Provides Subject Matter Expert (SME) guidance and support for aviation, marine, shore base, ground transportation and camp services.
- Supports Logistics Management as requested.
- Develops, maintains and shares Logistics best practices.
- Networks with cross-functional representatives and teams, industry associations, and suppliers.

Requirements:
- BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or other Technical degree
- 7-10 years’ experience in supply and logistics, preferably in international frontier operations
- Demonstrates strong planning, scheduling, coordination and administration skills. Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with Production, Development, Projects, Drilling and Exploration; able to network effectively across organizations.

Job Title: Contract Engineer

Job Description
- Develop together with business area, works and services demand forecast, planning and budgeting to support planned activities and prepare 5 year contract plans within allocated business area or work andservice category.
- Guide Contract Owners / Holders to articulate contract scope, specification, select contracting strategies, and prepare Counter Estimates within allocated customer portfolio based on risk assessment, cost drivers, market analysis, and value optimization (including Nigerian Content) and applying lessons learnt from previous contract.
- Support Senior / Principal Contract Engineers to develop, implement and maintain category strategies and their performance management pre and post award, to ensure benefits accruing to Company during sourcing and delivery are maximized for allocated categories.
- Prepare, review and issue enquiries/requests for quotation documents and subsequently analyse bids and lead clarifications and negotiations in collaboration with Tender Evaluation Team (TET) in line with category strategies and assist Contract Owners/Holders to prepare, present and defend transaction submissions to Company Tender Committees to obtain approvals for commitment processing.
- Develop and issue contract documents post award incorporating general and specific terms and conditions as applicable.
- Attend contract meetings (with Contractors and Contract owners/holders), produce minutes of proceedings and follow up necessary actions to ensure completion of contract process in line with Company Contracting procedures, and assist in the administration of Minor Tender Committees.
- Advise on and assist in evaluating contract variations, cost forecast, claims, non-conformances, disputes/conflicts, and facilitate contract close out.
- Set up and maintain contract data in contract management systems tools, analyse data and prepare reports to support category management as required.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Develop and implement annual contract plan (70 - 80% of planned activities)
- Comply with approved category strategies in procuring all works and services (target >90%).
- Deliver savings target based on total and life cycle cost models (defined in Key Result Areas KRA)).
- Robustness of contract documents (with contract based variations/claims/disputes <5% of output).
- Achieve compliance with Nigerian Content legislation requirements (as defined in KRA).
- Accuracy and completeness of contract related documents and records (no audit findings).
Requirements:
Education:
- A University degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Economics or Business Management
- Membership of The Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) UK or Nigeria, or Institute of Supply Management (ISM) US is an advantage.
Experience:
- 3-5 years post graduate experience with at least 3 years in a contracting and procurement role preferably in an Oil & Gas or heavy industry involving maintenance, shutdowns, projects and facilities management.
