  • Ensure AOTD & ROTD (Acknowledged/Requested on time delivery) as per the KPI
  • Regular monitoring of customer payments proactively to avoid delays in delivery
  • Actively monitoring order life cycle
  • Lead and Support the team
  • Order management
  • Ensure customer visits & develop strong relationships with customers and all internal key stakeholders
  • Planning for monthly revenue target in terms of execution of orders
  • High service level to customers (answer to all customer queries either by phone or through mails)
  • Undertake all responsibilities with reference to procedures/processes
  • Ensure all required data pertaining to the orders are incorporated in the system (SAP)
  • Skillfully manage challenging customer situations
