Job Title: Accountant Location: Calabar, Cross River Job Type: Full Time Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit Job brief
  • We are looking for a qualified Accountant to handle prepare, compute, manage, research and analyze all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
  • Prepare budget and financial forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Conduct month-end and year-end close process
  • Collect, analyze and summarize account information
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
  • Develop periodic reports for management
  • Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
  • Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
  • Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as a Financial Accountant or in a relevant field
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
  • Excellent accounting software user
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
    Job Title: Route Sales Representative (RSR) Location: Calabar, Cross River Job Type: Full Time Role
  • Route sales representative represent the organization in the field, selling and delivering products for the organization.
  • Uses company delivery vehicles to deliver and sell products to clients, and ensuring all customers (and prospective customers) have a high-quality customer service experience
Responsibilities
  • Call on prospective customers in order to introduce and explain company products and to solicit new businesses
  • Review lists of dealers, customers, outlets
  • Confirms product quantity and assist in loading into truck
  • Listen to and resolve customers complaints regarding products
  • Inform regular customers of new products and price Changes
  • Collates feedbacks from customers and relate back to director of operations
  • Collects money from customers only when he’s instructed to do so
  • Takes orders from customers and inform the director of operations
  • Issues sales contracts to potential customers according to company guidelines
  • Records delivery information on daily delivery record
  • Drive truck or other vehicles over established routes or within an established territory and sell,
  • Deliver, pick up frozen foods or any other item as directed by the appropriate personnel
  • Prompt maintenance of trucks and other company vehicles
  • Prompt renewal of vehicle papers and licences
  • Prompt reporting of vehicle faults before it degenerates into vehicle breakdown
Qualifications
  • Minimum of OND or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years driving experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be proficient in English or Indigenous Language of the target area
