Job Title: Business Analyst - Customer Service Location: Ibadan, Oyo Work Hours: Shifting Schedule Role: Customer Service Operator Dress Code: Smart Casual Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service (non-voice), both inbound and outbound (customer interactions will take place via typed responses)
  • Outbound Sales: Send out emails to business prospects and qualified targets / leads
  • Organized engagement and follow up with customers and client prospects
  • Work closely with assigned manager to provide speedy response and resolution to customer enquiries
  • Various back-office tasks (transcriptions, content moderation, data inputting, and more)
  • General organization and task tracking
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2.2 from a reputable University
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience, preferably at a call/contact center, within banking operations or at a high customer traffic (customer service) environment
  • Touch typing
  • Proficient in use of email, google calendar and task management applications
Requirements Ideal Candidate must be:

  • Able to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment with high volume demands
  • Able to work in a team environment with on/offsite team members
