We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Maintenance Officer/Handy Man Location: Lagos Job Description

  • Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
  • Complete inspections of offices and rooms with Facilities/Maintenance Manager
  • Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
  • Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
  • Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on
  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
  • Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
  • Implement preventive maintenance measures
Requirements
  • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
