We are one of the fastest growing licensed Micro Finance Bank in Nigeria, located in Oojo area in Ibadan City. Due to our ongoing expansion and restructuring, we are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Teller Location: Ibadan, Oyo Requirements

Must have minimum of first Degree or its equivalent
Must have worked as a successful marketing officers or manager in Oyo state
Ability to meet up with set target is a must and is not negotiable
Must be able to create and manage liability and assets profitably.
In addition to the requirements, he must have flairs for figures
He must have worked in operation of any micro finance bank in nigeria.
Knowledge of ATM would be an advantage
Ability to be able to produce CBN returns would be an advantage.

Job Title: Head of Operations Location: Ibadan, Oyo Requirements

Must have minimum of first Degree or its equivalent
Must have worked as a successful marketing officers or manager in Oyo state
Ability to meet up with set target is a must and is not negotiable
Must be able to create and manage liability and assets profitably.
In addition to the requirements, he must have flairs for figures
He must have worked in operation of any micro finance bank in nigeria.
Knowledge of ATM would be an advantage
Ability to be able to produce CBN returns would be an advantage.

Job Title: Managing Director Location: Ibadan, Oyo Requirements

Must have worked or currently working in a micro finance or commercial bank in a managerial capacity
Understand Ibadan and its environments
Ability to manage an enterprise in a profitable way and report to the board is a must.
In addition to first Degree, he must have MBA or relevant professional qualification(s) ie ICAN, CIBN.
Someone of a proven integrity and verifiable good track records.

Job Title: Senior Marketer Location: Ibadan, Oyo Requirements

Must have minimum of first Degree or its equivalent
Must have worked as a successful marketing officers or manager in Oyo state
Ability to meet up with set target is a must and is not negotiable
Must be able to create and manage liability and assets profitably.
