Process all types of visa processing e.g US, Canada, UK, Schengen, Dubai, China, etc
Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas
Book reservation (hotel, flight, tour)
Filling of application form
Provide content for social media
Keeping product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company brochure
Keeping clients up to date with any changes
Dealing with complaints

Training and Knowledge

Coaching skills
Good written and oral English language skills
Good PC skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet

Requirements

Successful candidate must live in Lagos
Minimum of 2 years work experience with a role in supervisory experience.
With ability to work under pressure and to short lead times and working on own initiatives.

Book reservation (hotel, flight, tour)
Filling of application form
Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas
Sending out tickets to clients
Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
Keeping clients up to date with any changes
Dealing with complaints

Training and Knowledge:

AMADEUS OR SABER - courses in reservations and ticketing (A must)
Airline advanced passenger tariff and pricing course
Recognized IATA or knowledge in rules and regulation of airline restrictions
Coaching skills
Good written and oral English language skills
Good PC skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet

Requirements

Successful candidate must live in Lagos.
1 to 3 years airline or travel agency experience in a reservations and ticketing role with at a supervisory experience.
With ability to work under pressure and to short lead times and working on own initiatives.
