• Should have adequate knowledge of the insurance industry and the regulatory frameworks
• An understanding of the financial service sector is an added advantage
• Ability to manage a wide range of tasks simultaneously
• Must possess skill in performance appraisal

• Applicant must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• He/she must be proactive, flexible and result oriented
• Good knowledge of insurance underwriting (Life & Non-Life)
• Excellent communication, presentation, recruitments, and selling skills
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills
• Must be professionally objective and customer-centric
• Microsoft proficient
• Entrepreneurial/Startup experience
• Strategic marketing skill

• Must have OND, HND or B.Sc from a reputable university with a minimum of 6 years cognitive work experience. Applicant must not be more 40 years old.
• Should have prior experience in a similar role.

• University degree
• Proficiency in managing insurance operations
• Must possess a strong combination of sales, business acumen, leadership and strategy breadth.
• Must have built a high performance team.
• Passionate customer advocacy
• Thorough knowledge of sales principles, product and service management
• Deep understanding of changing market dynamics
• Good understanding of financial statement analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication skills(written and oral) with strong business and customer focus
• Analytical and strategic planning skills
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• 5-8 years of sales experience.
