DCSL Corporate Services Limited - Our client, a Capital Market Investment Company, is recruiting to fill the position of:     Job Title: UI/UX Developer Location: Lagos Job Description In fulfilling his or her responsibilities, The successful Candidate will:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps;
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets;
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrates how sites function;
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields;
• Create original graphic designs;
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders;
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems;
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback;
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images; and
• Other responsibilities as defined by the Management team.

• A Bachelors' degree in any field, however, a degree in Computer science will be an added advantage;
• A Master’s degree is an added advantage;
• Evidence of a minimum of three (3) years’ work experience as an UI/UX Designer in a similar role;
• A Portfolio of design projects;
• Sound knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Adobe XD);
• Up-to-date knowledge and expertise in graphic design applications;
• Relevant certifications and expertise in Adobe plotoshop, illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Adobe XD, HTML 5, CSS3, JQuery, React-JS;
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders; and
• Good time-management skills.

• In fulfilling his or her responsibilities, the successful Candidate will:
• Work with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions;
• Analyse data from the Company’s database to drive optimization and improve product development, marketing techniques and business strategies;
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques;
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets;
• Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes;
• Develop Company A/B testing framework and test model quality;
• Coordinate different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes; and
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy;
• Other responsibilities as defined by the Management team.

• A Bachelors’ degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science;
• A Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science is an added advantage;
• Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience;
• Relevant certification in Data Analysis;
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development;
• Experience in the use of statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets;
• Relevant experience in the creation of Data Architectures;
• Sound knowledge in a variety of machine learning techniques; and
• Sound knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts and experience with applications.
