PTK Consulting Limited - Our client who are into Real Estate has mandated us to recruit suitably qualified candidates for immediate employment into the position below:     Job Title: Business Development Consultant Location: Lagos Responsibilities

  • Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database
  • Making appointments and showing buyers around a property
  • Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
  • Ability to prepare weekly sales report and send to Management.
  • Ability to close real Estate deals
  • Ability to convert leads to paying clients
  • Have strong network of prospects
Qualifications
  • B.Sc in any Business related field
  • 2-3 years sales experience in Real Estate firm
