We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: E-Marketing Executive Location: Lagos Purpose

• The E-marketing Executive is to fire up our social media community with content, campaigns and other engagement techniques that are creative, fun, strategic - and measureable.
• The goal is to help visitors, especially prospective clients to explore all FarrProperties has to offer, from opportunities to outcomes.

• The executive serves as the lead media and marketing professional for FarrProperties offline and online.
• He/She will work with the Marketing Director to enhance the online efforts in support of revenue generation.

• Promote the reputation of the businesses and the brands by developing and implementing social media strategies.
• Lead the day-to-day management of the official social media channels for engagement with target audiences, particularly prospective clients. Channels include but are not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp and Instagram. Provide support for additional social media channels, including but not limited to YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+, and Flickr.
• Create original social media content; develop fun and imaginative campaigns to promote user participation, engagement and conversions by target audiences.
• Generate regular reports showing social media engagement, impact and outcomes, with reports to include analysis and recommendations.
• Serve as key source of information for offline and online enquiries
• Manage clients request and follow up on assigned clients
• Close deals virtually and in person
• Execute other duties as assigned by the Marketing Director
• Keep fully up to date with all that is happening within the businesses and their competitors.

• A minimum of first Degree in any discipline and cognate experience in digital marketing.
