Assisting in the preparation and collation of data for the monthly receivables reports for the company.
Assisting in the reconciliation of financial records relating to receipts for the company.
Reconciling statements (where necessary) as at when required.
Assisting in investigating and resolving queries relating to invoices.
Other duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager/Accounts Receivable Officer
Performing the day to day accounting and administrative duties for the Company.
Ensuring that other departments interacting with Accounts and Finance comply with relevant financial procedures and policies.
