  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
  • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
  • Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
  • Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
  • Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
  • Ability to safely and legally operate a forklift
  • Skills to operate common office equipment
  • Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials
  • Qualification: BSc/HND or minimum of OND and must be a Lagos Resident.
    Job Title: Site Coordinator Location: Lagos Responsibilities:
  • Oversee site work progress according to the program of works and  schedules to meet project deadlines and ensure compliance with the Contract
  • Allocating work to subcontractors as directed by the Project Manager
  • Carry out day to day site coordination and other works as required
  • Assessment and valuation of completed work as directed by the Project Manager
  • Manage multiple projects/prepare progress reports of projects assigned on regular basis
  • Manage all communication with Contractor/s and Project Manager/s
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and resolve any queries and site issues
  • Participate in site meetings/maintain records of all construction dates and project costs
  • Ensure compliance with local Health and Safety procedures on site
  • Perform other related duties as may be required from time to time
  • Assist in carrying out site re-measurement in accordance with the Contract
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge in project/construction management of civil works and finishes projects
  • Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying in Construction
  • Good command of Maltese and English languages both written and spoken
  • Ability to think methodically enabling the planning and managing of projects
  • Excellent attention to detail and Act in a professional manner
  • Proficient in Quality Management and Health & Safety
  • Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and specifications
  • Possess technological competence and Proficiency in the use of computer
  • Analytical with an ability to examine issues from multiple viewpoints
  • Have in-depth knowledge of new systems and materials, building codes and regulations
  • Have good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Qualification: BSc/HND or minimum of OND and must be a Lagos Resident.
