AB INITIATIVES INC is currently recruiting massively for young and talented graduates. It is an outsourcing firm looking to hire people who have the drive to impact knowledge and corporate discipline inform of training entry level staffs for our numerous clients. Applicants must be willing to learn under stringent conditions as they will be expected to have mastermind the roles of a human resource personnel professionally after a rigorous training of 8 weeks.

We are recruiting to fill the positions below:

1). Human Resource Personnel 2). Human Resource Team Lead 3). Human Resource Business Associate

General Duties/Responsibilities:

recruiting of staffs for our clients.
planning and managing projects to be executed by various departments in the firm.
oversees general activities of the staffs.
creating and modifying staff.procedures and policies.
Hiring and Firing of staffs with respect to others given by the executive board.
Manage the welfare of staffs.
Train and equip potential staffs

General Requirements:

Results driven
Readable, learnable and teachable
ability to work with little or no
supervision
Highly coordinated
Industrious
Good interpersonal skills
Fast learning skills
Good team player

Qualifications:

Applicant must hold at least a OND/HND/BSC in any discipline as rigorous training would be given to potential HR personnel as the recruitment is for an entry level position into the HR department.
Both non experienced and experienced applicants can apply.
