We are recruiting to fill the following positions below :     Job Title: Secretary Location: Benin City Job Summary:

  • Perform basic bookkeeping
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls
  • Schedule appointments and update event calendars
  • Attend meetings in order to record minutes. Essential Functions
  • Take dictation and minutes , draft routine memos, billing , essays/speeches or other reports
  • Edit company's correspondence and ensure document accuracy
  • Maintain databases and filing systems, whether electronic or paper
  • Arrange staff meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.

    Job Title: Marketing Officer/Sales Representative/Marketer – Paint Division Location: Benin City Job Summary:
  •  Responsible for effectively sales of different paint types for walls and ceilings
  •  Applicants will also be charged with the responsibility of securing purchase contracts from clients.
  • Essential Functions:
  •  Developing new markets & new area of business growth looking for business opportunities with prospective partners.
  •  Assist in marketing and sale of new products and/or prototypes to the existing marketplace.
  •  Follow up with customers and get SLA contract signed
  •  Maintain customer satisfaction and confidence
  •  Executing these activities to achieve the market share objective.
  •  Continuous Coordination Implementing business plan.

    Job Title: Cleaner/Messenger Location: Benin City Job Functions:
  • Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuum, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
  • Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms
  • Cooperate with the rest of the staff
  • Assess the cleanliness and hygiene situation of the office and promptly report any current and potential problems.
  • Perform office cleaning tasks to maintain a clean work place, such as, sweeping floors, cleaning toilets, windows, emptying the trash, etc.

Requirements/Qualification:

    Job Title: Supervisor ( Paint Production) Location: Benin City Job Functions:
  •  Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules and outlining duties
  •  Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to personnel
  •  Monitor the work of employees, provide feedback and perform coaching or counseling when necessary
  •  Foster an environment of trust and good cooperation
  •  Check production output according to determined quality specifications
  •  Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and accurately follow procedures
  •  Manage budgets and keep updated records
  •  Evaluate individual and overall performance and submit reports  Revise procedures, identify issues in efficiency and suggest ways of improvement

Requirements/Qualification:
  • 2+ year experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Experience in paint production is desired

  • Bachelor’s degree in Production technology/ Engineering or Applied Sciences is required
  • Working knowledge of applicable HSE regulations

    Job Title: Geologist/Mining Engineer Location: Benin City Job Functions:
  • To technically lead and oversee all aspects of exploration and development programs within the region.
  • Assessment of mineral deposits/depletion on mines fields
  • Assist in the discovery of economically viable deposits that will have a significant impact on the Company’s earnings and growth
  • Documenting findings of such assessments
Requirements:
  • B.Sc – Geography, Geology, Mining Engineering and associated disciplines
  • Possess excellent experience in reconnaissance survey.
  • Possess good Understanding and recognition of mineralization models and geological processes
  • At least 2 years cognate work experience in the mining industry in Nigeria
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Not older than 38 years
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to organize work efficiently and deliver assignments in a timely manner often under time constraints
  • Flexible to travelling around the country
