Afrimash is an electronic commerce company based in Ibadan, Oyo State with a focus on delivering livestock items to farmers across Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Customer Service Intern Location: Ibadan, Oyo Job Description

• Are you ready to gain new skills and help attend to farmers and agricultural suppliers; to make agriculture easy/convenient for everyone?
• The Afrimash Customer Service Internship Programme will provide you with such a unique and valuable experience.
• Successful candidates will work at the Afrimash Operations Office in Ibadan, Oyo State.
• Candidates will be required to work on a full-term basis as assistants to our customer service graduate trainees.
• The key focus will be to develop and improve candidates’ skills towards being professional online customer service agents.
• Successful completion of the internship program will offer the candidates a stronger chance of fulltime employment with Afrimash in the short and long run.

• Are available for at least six (6) months.
• Have good communication skills (oral and written).
• Have a background in animal science or other aspects of agriculture.
• Have a flair for ICT.
• Are willing to explore new ideas and take on challenging tasks.

• Stimulating and Comfortable working environment.
• Meaningful work experience from Day 1.
• Exposure to ICT customer service practices.
• Some stipends.
