A leading company, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:     Job Title: Executive Assistant Locations: Abuja & Lagos Key Responsibilities

  • Working closely and effectively with the MD/CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the MD/CEOs office and the various departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
  • Retiring expenses of the MD/CEO.
  • Assisting the MD/CEO with his private and personal errands, and logistics planning.
  • Coordinating the private staff of the MD/CEO to facilitate the effective delivery of their set deliverables.
  • Creates, maintains and enters information into databases. Regularly updates contact.
  • Maintain accurate records and files. Other asks as assigned.
  • Managing administrative tasks for the MD/CEO. Managing an extremely busy work calendar of business appointments
  • and personal commitments.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Arranging and managing travel itinerary, agenda and logistics.
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing communications including phone, email and hard copy correspondences.
  • Researching, prioritizing and following up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the MD/CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response with keen professional judgment.
Qualification and Skills
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Apple, iphone, ipad and other devices.
  • Friendly and professional demeanour. Exceptional interpersonal skills, Strong editing skills and extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication.
  • Not more than 35years old; preferably female.
  • A Bachelor Degree in Law, Social Sciences, and related field from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as Personal/Executive Assistant.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills,
  • High-level strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Strong numeric and finance analytic skills.
