A fast growing Abuja based premier Real Estate Development Company well known for their innovative and dynamic concepts in the development of real estate is seeking highly experienced candidate for the position below:     Job Title: Real Estate Agent Location: Abuja Duties and Responsibilities

  • Advice property buyers and sellers on best practices and pricing strategies
  • Inspect homes and Lands prior to listing and work with agents on staging, repairs and maintenance
  • Follow up on leads for buyers and sellers
  • Sell properties and lands
  • Accompany clients to property site
  • Discuss conditions of sale
Relevant Skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computer programs and processes
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred
  • 1+ years' experience as a Real Estate Agent required
  • Excellent closing skills
Remuneration Probation period is 1 month.
