  • The ideal candidate for this position will be a natural leader who always has a finger on the pulse of current culinary trends.
  • The Chef will be responsible for preparing meals, kitchen inventory management and partnering with the 3.0 Lounge Supervisor to come up with delectable new dishes to add to our growing menu.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
  • Manage kitchen other tasks related to meal prepartion, cooking and delivering food in a timely fashion
  • Maintain the schedule for kitchen activities
  • Keep up with industry trends and create new recipes in collaboration with the management.
Educational Requirements
  • At least O'Level, experience is very important.
Experience Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience with Local and Intercontinental dishes.

  • Supervisors are required to handle all aspects of managing the business; from the preparation of food to the delivery of the final product to our guests and customers as well as day-to-day operations of 3.0 Lounge.
Responsibilities
  • Create a fun and professional working environment
  • Provide a consistently high quality product and service to customers
  • To meet and possibly exceed performance targets
  • Ensure that health and safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
  • Liaise with other senior management regarding marketing and business development
Educational Requirements
  • National Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Hotel and Catering, Food Sciences or any related discipline.
Experience Requirements:
  • At least one year's experience in Bar or club management is highly desirable
