• Great design skills, knowledge of user experience, user stories, product design and branding required

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Ability to learn fast and take feedback
• Good time-management skills

• Develop complex application interfaces
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them.
• Optimize application and web pages for maximum speed scalability.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 (LESS and SASS), Bootstrap.
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
• Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, including ReactJS and/or VueJS, React-Native.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Good understanding of Version control and build tools
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Proficient understanding of version control and its tools, especially Git.
• Good understanding of SEO principles and how to provide good SEO to web application.
• High level of attention to details

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
• Write clean code to develop functional web applications
• Troubleshoot and debug applications

• Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server side logic
• Gather and address technical and design requirements
• Provide training and support to internal teams
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features
• Design, Develop, Secure and Document robust APIs.
• Follow emerging technologies

• Proven work experience as a Back-end developer
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Hands on experience with programming languages like NodeJS, Javascript, Ruby, and Python
• Good understanding of Version control and build tools
• Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript and CSS)
• Proficient knowledge of backend libraries and frameworks (e.g Rails, SailsJS/HapiJS, Django, ExpressJS)
• Good understanding of software development patterns and architecture
• Understanding of Agile Methodology
• High level of attention to details
