We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Perfect Store, Hot Zone & Point of Buying Manager Job Number: 1812063 Location: Lagos Job: Category Planning Schedule: Full-time Main Purpose of the Role

  • Drive shopper, consumer insights & the marketing / sales agenda, leading the picture of success in RE’s / customers & is accountable for the category translation into the perfect store agenda at cross category level.
Perfect Store & Hot Zone Own:
  • Define the prioritization of the category BIG & innovation
  • Define our in-store success agenda & go to market selling materials ( selling stories, POS etc)
  • Owns process, governance & communication for the Picture of success across Retail environments & categories
  • Defines the required in-store POS & shopper marketing initiatives to drive the In store agenda
  • Define the brand / category & cross category in store agenda with shopper insights & category
Implement:
  • Review Shopper / consumer insights & marketing plans for Channel /  RE plan execution
  • Deliver sales force monthly & AC briefings
  • Supply supporting  tools & materials to do the job including the RE picture of Success
  • Measure Perfect Store KPI performance
Apply & Sustain:
  • Customer / channel reviews: Monitor KPIs to ensure Health & Performance
  • Sales & marketing planning briefings & business reviews

Leverage & Improve:
  • Develop and implement an efficient operational POB system from development phase to Point of sale execution, develop and maintain tracking system, ensure data quality.
  • Ensure best practices sharing through-out Mondelez international.
  • Lead any EEMEA POB initiatives/projects for Nigeria.
  • Continuous  improvement of the perfect store agenda & performance with Sales, Category & Finance
  • Work with the regional center of deployment on upgrading the wow
  • Continuous improvement of the standard & quality of business delivery
  • Defines the POB strategy, sourcing and execution.
Define:
  • Define and develop the POB Strategy for MT and TT in line with Brand Strategies, overall company and Nigeria BU strategy
  • Build/improve a proper administrative/reporting system for the POB area to ensure high quality data for steering and decision making of Management.
Implement:
  • Initiate/co-ordinate the development/design of POB materials involving Brand Marketing/Category Planning, Field Sales Force and customers
  • Monitoring and benchmarking against competitors activities in the POB area and initiate counter measures
  • Be a source/initiator of sharing best POB practices within the country and EEMEA
  • Develop excellence in consumer, shopper and customer understanding as a basis to achieve outstanding results in the POB area
  • Responsible for all visibility items including branded and unbranded equipment, customer-specific displays, customized print material and all merchandising selling tools.
  • Implement the POB Strategy for MT and TT in line with Brand Strategies, overall company and Nigeria BU strategy
  • Strongly make input into the annual budgeting process as POB represents one of the biggest spend areas in the company
  • Ensure proper tracking of results/costs/assets to be able to lead the POB area in a competent way and initiate changes/actions to stay on track
  • Initiate and control Asset Inventories on a regular basis
Apply & Sustain:
  • Closely work with Mondelez Supply Chain, Procurement or 3rd party logistic providers and be on top of the logistic processes concerning POB to guarantee timely delivery to the Sales Team
  • Permanently work on improving processes and solutions to increase efficiency and performance
Leverage & Improve:
  • Work with the PPOS team on improving the wow
  • Continuous improvement of the standard & quality of business delivery
