Chibek Instruments Limited is a modern enterprise specializing in laboratory plan, design, production, installation and after sales services. Our company’s head office is located in Lagos with a production facility covering an area of approximately 10,000m2. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Production Manager (Lithium Battery Inverter) Location: Lekki, Lagos Job Description

Oversee production and maintenance process of Lithium battery
Establish gap analysis/battery configuration and develop concept design,and packaging of battery management system.
Interact with customer on a frequent basis to support technical issues regarding system start -up, operations, repair and warranty.
Monitor battery product standard and implement quality control programmes.
Engineer manufacturing friendly concept designs per customer specification
Assessing project and resource requirement ,estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with client.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering 8-10 years’ experience with quality hands on experience in the field .
Good communication skills
Leadership skills
Ability to deal with changes effectively
Team building skills.
