• We are looking for an accountable Cashier to process all cash transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.

• Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers
• Scan goods and collect payments
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Redeem stamps and coupons
• Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments
• Keep reports of transactions
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction

• We are looking for a Customer Service Officer with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team.The person in this role must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic.

• Makes recommendations to management to improve customer experience
• Answers customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Updates customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
• Participates in team-building activities.
• Creates and maintains reports about customer interactions.

• Basic knowledge of office equipment
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in an office or call center

• We are looking for a responsible Safety Officer to facilitate compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines. You will provide advice on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations.

• Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management
• Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.)
• Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
• Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims.
