We are recruiting to fill the positions below:       Job Title: Maintenance Officer (Technician) Locations: Ibadan and Ilorin Job category: Facility Management Level: Entry level/Graduate Requirements

  • Minimum of City and Guild/University degree/HND in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in production operations in a Food/Retail environment.
      Job Title: Property Manager (Site Acquisition) Location: Lagos Employment type: Permanent contract Level: Mid-Senior level Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for site search in compliance with the Company’s procedures
  • Responsible for Liaising /negotiating with building or developing contractors, agents & consultants in conjunction with the technical partners throughout the life span of each project.
  • Responsible for obtaining relevant approvals and permits required to validate each site. Liaise with Legal Team to ensure adequate contract/SLAs
  • Responsible for the development of all acquired sites according to standards and specifications. Supervising of the complete construction works of each site
  • Provide regulatory compliance frameworks for all business managers.
  • Align with territorial governments’ rules on environmental, business operations and safety requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of University degree or HND in Estate Management/related field from reputable tertiary institution
  • Minimum of 7 years working experience, Four (4) of which must relate to Site Acquisition/Property Business
  • Strong Knowledge in Estate Management
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office i.e. excel, word, power point etc
  • Should have experience in Managing people
      Job Title: Fixed Asset Manager Location: Lagos Key Responsibilities
  • Create and monitor the system of controls, policies/procedures relating to Fixed Asset to safeguard Company’s investment in capital expenditure and prevent theft, losses and inefficiencies
  • Manage and comply with month end, quarter end and year end financial close and consolidation processes for fixed asset assets
  • Maintaining Financial data for all fixed assets which include requisitions, inventories and disposal
  • Maintain proper data for inter store asset transfer and update all relevant records to prevent loss
  • Oversee the process of periodic physical verification of assets. Prepare property tax returns
  • Support the Financial Controller in the preparation of analysis and schedules for use by Executive Management
  • Perform any other related task as assigned periodically
Requirements
  • Minimum of University degree or HND in Accounting from reputable tertiary institution
  • Candidate must be have ACA/ACCA qualifications or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years working experience in the field of Accounting, 4 of which must relate to Fixed Asset Accounting
  • Strong Knowledge of Accounting Standard
  • Knowledge of Accounting software such as ORACLE with specific focus on Fixed Asset and Project Modules
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office i.e. excel, word, power point etc
  • Should have experience in Managing people
