  • We are looking for a Scrum Master that will be a guardian of Scrum Team, someone that resolves impediment and have control over the scrum processes.
  • This involves coaching team about agile scrum to delivering successful deliverables and make sure that project is working smoothly and the deadlines are been met.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team.
  • Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
  • Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team.
  • Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
  • Responsible to conduct retrospective meetings.
  • Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.
  • Acts as safeguard for his team.
Qualification and Skills
  • Scrum Master certification
  • Tech or software experience
  • Product management experience is a plus
  • Experience working with programmers of across functional development team

  • We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our Tech teams. You will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
  • Interview candidates combining various methods
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
  • Compose job offer letters

Qualification and Skills

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • B.Sc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree

  • The Lead Developer will typically act as a mentor for new or lower-level software developers or programmers, as well as for all the members on the development team
  • Also contribute to the creation and maintenance of high quality software applications.
