We are looking to hire a talented and assertive individual to manage its Business Development Department.

Responsibilities

Manage the Business Development team.
Manage monthly report and strategic sessions.
Focus on generating revenue through training schedule, outsourcing, and retainer-ship agreement.
Successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the financial goal of the organization.
Build and manage the relationship with clients.
Develop a profitable portfolio with clients and partners.
Create and manage corporate accounts by ensuring retainer-ship with potential and existing clients.

Requirements

Ability to manage a startup Marketing department
Must have good presentation, good oral and written communication skills
Good judgment and decision-making ability.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Marketer in an Outsourcing firm.
A degree in any related discipline
