Job Descriptions

  • The Business Manager (BM) will report to the Managing Director as well have supervising role over other report.
  • Aggressive deposit mobilisation drive.
  • Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.
  • Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
  • Assess overall company performance against objectives.
  • Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.
  • Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.
  • Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
  • Ability to deliver the numbers.
  • Supervise the work of your direct report and provide feedback / counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements
As a minimum, the ideal candidate MUST:

  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation, plenty of drive, initiative and motivation.
  • Not more than 32 years
  • Minimum of 2:2 in a related discipline.
  • Experience in Financial Services, 4 years work experience in the Marketing and Business Development in reputable Financial institution.

 

 

Job Title: Relationship Manager
Locations:

Job Descriptions

  • The Relationship Manager (RM) will report to the Business Manager
  • Understand Customer needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Aggressive deposit mobilisation.
  • Resolve Customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Forward up selling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.
  • Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts.
  • Approach potential customers to establish relationships.
  • Gain solid knowledge of competitors.

Job Requirements
As a minimum, the Ideal candidate MUST:

  • Minimum of 2:2 in a related Discipline.
  • Experience in Financial Services, with at least 7 years work experience and 5 years in managerial role as a Branch Manager in a reputable Financial Institution.
  • Excellent communication, listening skills, plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
  • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
