Cumbrian Consult Limited - Our client, a predominant clean water manufacturing company that meets an unquenchable need for clean. odorless and colorless bottled and pure water. The company has been in the market for over 20 years and has gained popularity in the bottled and pure water business. They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Lagos Job Description

Devise strtategies to acquire new customers
Monitor competition, economic indicators and industry trends affecting the business, planning and implementing strategies to succeed.
Oversee sales growth of 100% in 2 years.
Increase sales volume by building a statewide network of distributors.
Set, monitor and achieve targets, performance plans and conduct reviews for sales representatives.
Recruit and train new capable sales representatives
Devise strategies to motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.
Resolve customer complaints as regarding sales and services

Requirements

Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedicatiojn to providing a great customer service.
Ability to lead a sale team.
B.Sc/ HND in Business or related field (previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus)
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
Experience in customer relationship management.

Age:

30 - 40 years
