Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD
- Assists the MD with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings; such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for executives, events and other meetings
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
- Must reside around Fagba, Iju Axis
- Must be attentive to details
- Experience in a real estate organisation is an added advantage
- Preferrably Male
- Must know how to drive
