ANALYTICS RIM TECHNOLOGY SERVICES NIG Is a business development firm in Lagos that provides businesses with intelligence products and services in the areas of digital marketing, retail audit, field force and business process automation etc. Our organization is a rapid growing sector we are in need of a SENIOR RECRUITMENT OFFICER.   JOB TITLE: SENIOR RECRUITMENT OFFICER JOB DESCRIPTION

  1.  Managing all recruitment activities in a fast-past environment, responding to applications, queries and arranging interviews accordingly
  2. Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
  3. Posting adverts on job boards and completing telephone screenings
  4. Search after candidates on LinkedIn, other portals and other suitable places
  5. Researching on best job posting options
  6. Screening of prospective candidates.
  7. Arranging and sending interview letters/regrets to candidates.
  8. Building and managing candidates' database.
  9. Processing background checks to verify applicant information and ensuring that the minimum hiring requirements are met.
  10. Minimum qualification: SSCE holder with experience, ND,OND,Bsc.
