Michael Stevens Consulting - We are a long established and well respected multi-disciplinary management and financial consulting firm with offices in several locations across Nigeria. In other to meet our growth objectives, we are looking for a self-managed and very experienced professional to fill the position below:     Job Title: Business Development Executive - Outsourcing Location: Ota, Ogun Job Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with clients via telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to all clients’ enquirers
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
  • Establish and enforce service standards of the company
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Keep records of client inquiries and complaints
  • Discover product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
Key Requirements of the Role
  • 3 years minimum years of experience.
  • Good academic qualification in HR or related disciplines preferably with appropriate professional qualifications (CIPM, CIPD, etc) from a reputable university
  • Previous experience in a similar role with a reputable company
  • Exceptionally hard working, flexible and well organized
  • Must have the mandatory NYSC certificate
  • Preferably females
  • Candidates must be residing in Ota, Ogun State.
