• Must be a graduate of any discipline
• Certification or progress in the examination of CIPM is required
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a well structured organization.

• Strategic human resources management skills
• Sound analytical skills and a keen eye for details
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Excellent IT skills.

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Finance or Accounting. Post graduate degree will be an added advantage
• Professional certification in ICAN, CIMA or ACCA is required
• Minimum of 5 years experience as the Head of Finance in the Insurance sector

• Familiarity with reporting standards
• Demonstrable skill in Microsoft office, Excel and accounting packages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work independently with minimal guidance and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Development or other related fields.
• Post graduate degree and certification in marketing will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years experience as the head of business development within the insurance sector.

• Proven ability to negotiate
• Excellent experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
• Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
