DCSL Corporate Services Limited - Our client, a reputable Medical Laboratory Company is recruiting to fill the positions below:     Job Title: Internal Auditor Location: Lagos Job Description The successful Candidate will be primarily responsible for the following:

  • Develop and execute the Company's annual internal audit plan;
  • Execute the Internal Audit function by identifying risks associated with business objectives and evaluating the controls in place to mitigate those risks;
  • Provide consultative support to all departments with regards to the adequate implementation of risk management processes;
  • Conduct audits of the financial, operational, systems and compliance areas of the business;
  • Review and evaluate the system of internal controls, while assessing adequacy, effectiveness and proposing recommendations for improvement;
  • Assist in establishing a follow up mechanism on agreed recommendations on financial, operational and regulatory deficiencies reported during past audits;
  • Conduct reconciliation of inventories;
  • Conduct periodic review and reconciliation of financial and operational records;
  • Carry out special audits as may be directed by the management;
  • Perform other duties assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting;
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in an internal audit role;
  • Demonstrable working knowledge and experience in an ERP environment;
  • ACA/ ACCA will be an added advantage;
  • Results oriented and ability to meet deadlines on assignments;
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office package;
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills;
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and written proficiency in English;
  • Excellent command of the relevant IT tools/ programs and professional standards;
  • Negotiation, team building and collaboration skills;
  • Excellent Presentation Skills
  • Experience in the private health service sector will be an advantage.
    Job Title: Chief Sales Officer Location: Lagos Job Description The successful Candidate will be primarily responsible for the following:
  • Designing and Executing a comprehensive Sales Strategy Plan to achieve annual Sales revenue budget and allocate sales budget in line with the Company’s strategic objectives;
  • Increase Sales revenue through the design and implementation of appropriate strategies for each sales channels and services;
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the company’s overall sales program by increasing market share and maximising existing business opportunities;
  • Meet and surpass Set Revenue Target;
  • Achieve Debt Collection targets within agreed timeline;
  • Maintain market intelligence, information and establish relationships with key industry stakeholders;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and regulatory activity;
  • Engage customers effectively to ensure client retention and growth;
  • Ensure effective feedback and prompt resolution to customer complaints;
  • Lead and manage all activities within sales department including key account management;
  • Design, implement and manage the business sales process, covering from relationship development to contract finalization;
  • Forecast and monitor sales performance and business compliance companywide;
  • Collaborate with other functional heads and staff to identify service trends;
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and procedures in the execution of sales activities;
  • Work with Executive Management in managing business risk;
  • Track and review actual sales result, weighing them against set targets and business KPIs in order to determine the effectiveness of sales initiatives;
  • Ensure team development-train, coach, mentor, motivate and manage performance;
  • Identify top talent and contribute to the recruitment of key sales personnel;
  • Develop and evaluate department KPIs to ensure effectiveness of sales initiatives, taking appropriate steps that encourages achievement of overall sales and business targets’;
  • Perform other duties as delegated by the Managing Director.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration combined with a bachelor’s degree in Medicine; Medical Sciences; Pharmacy; Microbiology or Biochemistry;
  • Minimum of 8 years work experience in Sales & Business Development;
  • Must possess strong business development skills;
  • Should have proven success in working in a similar role where a business plan was implemented, and positive outcomes achieved;
  • Should have the ability to drive, meet and exceed set KPIs;
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels and to develop strong client relationships;
  • Proven leadership skills, having successfully managed significant business units and proven ability to lead and grow successful teams;
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills;
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and written proficiency in English;
  • Excellent command of the relevant IT tools/ programs and professional standards;
