IYCN provides an online platform for its clients to SEARCH, BID and BUY new and used vehicles from the USA and Canada. We are recruiting to fill the positions below:     Job Title: Client Services Officer Location: Lagos Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone inquiries,take phone orders, re-route calls to other staff and provide basic company information.
  • Take and resolve client complaints or escalate it to the appropriate departments.
  • Work with the marketing,sales and IT departments when required.
  • Help maintain files, scan, photocopy, print and organize office documents
Requirements
  • Applicants must be smart, social, friendly,fluent and must be able to relate calmly with clients physically and on the phone.We require H.N.D or B.S.C holders for this role.
    Job Title: Salesperson and Accountant Location: Lagos Requirements
  • Applicant must be focused,motivated and have some experience.
  • Applicants must be HND or B.Sc holders.
