Job for a Construction Supervisor in a Reputable Construction Company based in Lagos

Perfectmix Consult -  Our client, a reputable Construction company based in Lagos is currently seeking qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position below:   Job Title: Construction Supervisor Location: Lagos Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Ensure that work complies with building plans, quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure manpower and resources are always adequate on site
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project manager, etc.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

• B.Sc./B.Tech /National Diploma in Building or Civil Engineering
• Must have high degree of integrity and confidence
• Must be task orientated, dedicated and willing to travel to various sites
• Must be able to meet strict deadlines on sites
• Excellent eye for detail and fault-finding skills
• Minimum 7 years’ experience managing sites and people in a major construction company
• Proven experience as supervisor in general construction and high-end finishing is essential
• Must be computer literate,good proficiency in MS Office, engineering softwares an advantage.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and strong organizational skills
