Willers Solutions Limited - Our client, a leading multinational company Located in Lagos is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: French Proficient Personnel Location: Lagos Job Description

Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
Must be proficient in speaking French Language.
Testing and fixing faulty equipment
Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries.
Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems

Qualifications

Minimum of an OND or its equivalent in Engineering or any Technical related discipline
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Technical Support Officer
Must be Proficient in speaking French.

Required Skills:

Good analytical and problem solving skills
Must have Electronics/Computer Science/ Engineering Background
Good interpersonal and customer care skills
Good accurate records keeping.
Must have Technical Support Skills and as well ability to assess each customer/employee's IT knowledge levels
Ability to deal with difficult callers
Logical thinker
