Ella's Salon and Spa is recruiting to fill the position of an OPERATIONAL / CUSTOMER RELATION MANAGER Job Title: Operational / Customer Relation Manager Location: Apo, Abuja Job Description

Performs sales activities aimed at establishing new clients & business development opportunities.
Develops sales strategies to improve market share in all services of the company and give advice promptly on new lines based on the market trends.
Manages sales, client relations and customer base expansion.

Education and Experience

Minimum of B.Sc./HND or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Admin and any other related field
Minimum of 3 years proven work experience as a salesperson in fashion industry an added advantage.

Required Skills:

Self-motivated
Result driven & resilient
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
Versatile in Social Media and Digital Marketing skills
