Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos. In view of our quest for expansion, we are currently recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Electro-mechanical Supervisor Location: Lagos Responsibilities

• Follows-up all maintenance works (Corrective & preventive Maintenance).
• Inspects work for completeness.
• Manage leads and coordinates the maintenance (corrective & preventive) teams.
• Works closely with his team on trouble shooting problems.
• Generates periodic informative reports regarding all maintenance facets
• Make work assignments and supervise the work of subordinate employees on assigned tasks.
• Any other related job

• Must be a holder of HND / B.Eng in Electric/ Mechanical Engineering
• Must be experienced in high rise building maintenance and must have at least 5 years’ experience.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical equipment
• Troubleshooting, supervision, coordination and hand on repair of chillers and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform duties with attention to details, speed, accuracy, follow through, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with minimum supervision.

• Set up new staff accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
• Test and evaluate new technology.
• Troubleshoot server/client mail connectivity issues.
• Customized and maintain enterprise web applications.
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, replace parts as required.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

• Windows server 2012/2016
• Exchange Server 2013/2016
• IIS/MySQL/PHP Stack
• Knowledge of Web Development
• B.Sc/HND in Computer Science or any related field of study
• 2-3 years exp.
