Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos. In view of our quest for expansion, we are currently recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Painter Location: Lagos Duties

• Preparing painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint.
• Mixing, matching, and applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces.

• Minimum of 3years experience in similar role.
• OND/HND/Trade Test Certificate.

• Minimum of 3years experience in similar role.
• OND/HND/Trade Test Certificate.
• In-depth understanding of electrical systems
• Troubleshooting and hands-on repair of 11KVA medium voltage, electrical power panel, control panels, electrical equipments, electrical pumps, motors, variable, frequency drive.

• Minimum of 3years experience in similar role.
• OND/HND/Trade Test Certificate.
• Must be polyvalent to execute other civil tasks asides aluminum fixtures and maintenance works. E.g. – Façade Cleaning, e.t.c.
• Must be able to perform aluminum works, iron monger works, furniture, e.t.c

• Routine Maintenance on tiles
• Apply Hard Tiles To Walls, Floors, And Other Surfaces.
• Installs Materials On A Variety Of Surfaces, Such As Floors, Walls, Ceilings, Countertops, Patios, And Roof Decks.

• Minimum of 3years experience in similar role.
• OND/HND/Trade Test Certificate.

• Minimum of 3years experience in similar role.
• Certificate of relevant training as an HVAC technician.
• Must have knowledge and experience in operating a VRV system
• Strong work experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning).
• In-depth knowledge of the general configuration, installation, servicing and repairs of all Precision type air-conditioning systems.
• Troubleshooting of air conditioning systems.

• Minimum of 3years experience in similar role.
• OND/HND/Trade Test Certificate.
• Must be polyvalent to execute other civil tasks asides carpentry works / fixtures and maintenance works. E.g. – Aluminum partition works, Façade Cleaning, e.t.c.
• Must be to able to perform carpentry works, iron monger, and furniture fixtures , e.t.c
