We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Administrative Officer Location: Lagos Job Summary

  • The successful applicant will act as an assistant to the Head of Human Resources Department who is the point of contact for all employees; she shall also provide administrative support and manage office files.
  • Other duties include but not limited to following leads up and ensuring clients come for inspection, managing office stock, preparing regular and organizing company records.
Academic Qualifications
  • HND, B.Sc and B.A from reputable tertiary institutions.
Experience:
  • Interested applicants must have at least one year experience working as an Administrative Officer.
Skills:
  • Interested applicants must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interested applicants must be proficient in computer appreciation, i.e, Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
Age/Gender:
  • Interested applicants must be female and must not be above 28 years.

  • The successful applicant will serve as a liaison between Sterling Homes Limited and its Clients; she shall also be saddled with the responsibility of customer service which includes but not limited to, dealing with complaints, orders, account questions or balance enquiry, subscription.
  • The successful applicant shall also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, helping to retain customers and assisting in generating repeated sales revenue for the company.
Academic Qualifications
