  • This role will provide support accountants with the collection and analysis of financial and non-financial information, research, the organization of documents. In addition, you will assist the team on various projects on an as needed basis. You will be supervised team members who are accountants.
Responsibilities
  • To collect and analyse financial and non-financial information.
  • Assist with research, filing, data entry and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial statement.
  • To perform other duties and special projects as needed.
  • Help with bank statements reconciliation, as well as accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliation
  • File and scan journal entries
  • Assist the coordinator with month-end financial reports
  • Manage monthly tracking of physical inventory
  • Support the payment processing team
  • Do data entry and credit checks.
Qualifications
  • A student at an accredited University or College majoring in Accounting.
  • Students will have completed at least one semester of intermediate accounting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft software applications and use of the Internet.
  • Able to organize and meet deadlines.
  • Work full-time for 3 months
  • Willingness to work effectively both independently and on a team

  • As an export specialist this job requires you to be up-to-date on the processes of handling goods both internationally and nationally.
Essential Duties
  • Keeping adequate records and monitoring all export at the terminal
  • Confirming the status of all exports and ensuring they meet ALL requirement from the destination terminal
  • Understanding the Organization's Financial Performance
  • Advising for loading of the good to go to units at terminal
  • Email communication with terminals during operations
  • Ensuring trucks meets ALL Gate-in and Gate-out requirement

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in Operations and Planning in a logistic firm

    Job Title: Client Service Representative Location: Lagos Job Summary
  • As a Customer Service Representative at connect rail, you will be responsible for assisting the operations team in managing specific customer accounts.
  • The ideal candidate must be a high communicator who can multitask and manage their time effectively.
Essential Duties
  • Provide excellent customer service experience to customers
  • Receive and make calls providing information on the company’s services
  • Data maintenance for clients and agent on barge operations
  • Effective in resolving clients compliant
  • Follow-up with other department to ensure service standard are met
  • Report customers feedback to management
  • Update shipments in both internal and external operating systems
  • Assist with procuring carriers as needed
  • Process customer and carrier paperwork
  • Maintain system integrity by ensuring all data is entered accurately and timely
  • Perform any other duties as required or assigned
Requirements
