Job Title: Business Development Officer

Job Description
- The ideal candidates support product development and sales/marketing.
- S/He will be responsible for finding and maintaining the customers of the bank, ensuring customer satisfaction, deposit mobilization, and loan origination.
- S/He will also manage direct promotions in markets, evaluate loan applications and prepare loan proposals whilst monitoring disbursed loans and loans in arrears.
Requirements
- If you have B.Sc in Business Management or any related discipline, a minimum of 2-4 years working experience, good communication skills, strong knowledge of various microfinance lending models, knowledge of business and product development applied in commercial or Microfinance banking environment and computer literate, then this job is for you!
- Certification in CBN/NDIC Microfinance programme will be a plus.

Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing investor relations strategy, analyzing and presenting financial trends, shareholder issues whilst developing and monitoring performance metrics for investor relations function, creating presentations to analyst, brokers and investors.
- S/He will be responsible for overseeing the production of all annual reports, SEC filings, predicting financial risks and returns and proxy statements whilst organizing investor meetings and providing feedback to management regarding the investment community's perception of how the company is being managed, and their view of its financial results.
Requirements
- If you B.Sc in Business and Financial related field, a minimum of 4-5 years’ experience dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community and Equity Research Analysts you may apply.
- This position also requires a strong understanding of SEC laws and securities disclosure requirements, a deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, an understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry, and a familiarity with financial modelling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.
- If you also have excellent communication skills, then this job is for you! A professional affiliation with either ACA, ACCA or ICAN will be an added advantage.

Job Description
- The ideal candidate will oversee product development and capacity building (external) whilst managing the business development team.
- S/He will be responsible for finding and maintaining the customers of the bank, making direct promotion in markets, identifying Business Opportunities, New Product Planning and posting loan applications into the system.
- S/He will also be performing first level analysis of applicants’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans and explaining to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available.
Requirements
- If you have Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline, a minimum of 2-4 years working experience in any related field, good communication skill, strong knowledge of various microfinance lending models, and very good knowledge of business and product development applied in commercial or Microfinance banking environment, then this job is for you!
