  • Manage the public image of the companies or clients represent online, with the aim of increasing their media presence and overall popularity.
  • Craft strategies, pitches and design campaigns that will help clients maintain or improve their reputation and credibility.
  • Also monitor media coverage and use multiple communication channels and media platforms to promote clients’ image and brand. Must be digital savvy.
Duties as Client Service personnel includes but are not limited to:
  • Build & sustain efficient working relationships with local and international media
  • Develop and sustain online/social media contacts and relationships
  • Create and develop online and print media story ideas
  • Ensuring their client is always depicted in the most positive way, doing damage control in cases of scandals and controversies, if necessary.
  • Attending networking and media events, as well as meetings with clients,suppliers, and partner organizations.
  • Liaising with business partners and other agencies.
  • Following the activities of their client in order to adapt their image to their activities, as well as the latest industry developments:
  • Drafting reports for clients and employers.
  • Assist, as delegated, in the absence of the Senior Accounts Executive
  • Conducting market research to find out the needs, habits, and personality traits of the clients’ audiences;
  • Developing Communications strategies and campaigns, considering their clients’ goals and opportunities, as well as their needs and budget;
  • Liaise with influential local and international contacts in the press, broadcast media and entities.
  • Research, draft and distribute press releases
  • Research & schedule press interviews
  • Organize photo opportunities and events
  • Create and maintain media lists
  • Presenting proposals to clients for their review and approval;
  • Keeping executives up-to-date on new promotional opportunities and on the progress of their current campaigns by monitoring media coverage and reporting back to their clients via email, over the phone, and through presentations;
  • Managing various other elements of successful campaigns, such as press releases, press conference and interviews.
