• Write or review security related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives.
• Job risk assessments
• Oversee the training of the subordinate security professionals or other organization members in security rules and procedures.
• Review the branch financial reports to ensure efficiency and quality of security operations.
• Develop budgets for branch security operations.
• Coordinate with security partners and ensure security related supplies and equipment are not completely exhausted at any point.
• Coordinate branch security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies.
• Facilitate /attend meetings, professional seminars, or conferences to keep abreast of changes in executive legislative directives or new technologies impacting security operations.
• Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
• Prepare reports or make presentations on losses, or violations of regulations, policies and procedures.
• Monitor security policies, programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives.
• Monthly Report writing.
• Create and execute branch Business Development strategies
• Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
• Create and implement security standards, policies and procedures.

• Candidates must possess HND or B.Sc. in Social Science or Criminology or related field

• Minimum of 4 years proven experience in a similar role.

• We are looking for a Driver to transport guards/employees in a comfortable, safe and timely manner and Patrol for service assurance.
• Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions and managing payments.
• Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their security service assurance needs.
• To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Note that you don’t need to have a car; we provide drivers with our own vehicles.

• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
• Pick up employee/guards from the place and at the time they’ve requested.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
• Answer clients’ questions about the area and local places of interest
• Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
• Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
• Wash the vehicle and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car

• Minimum of SSCE is required- Minimum of a Credit in English Language is a Must
• Diploma/OND/ND will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years Proven experience as a Driver
• Male & Female- Young Adults
• A valid driver’s license
• A clean driving record
• Familiarity with GPS devices
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
• Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage
• Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts

• We are looking for an experienced and passionate Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will undertake the surveillance of our premises and the protection of our staff and visitors. In addition, you will be responsible for detecting any suspicious happenings and preventing vandalism, thefts or any other criminal behavior.

• Inspect and patrol premises regularly
• Monitor property entrance
• Authorize entrance of people and vehicles
• Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
• Secure all exits, doors and windows
• Monitor surveillance cameras
• Respond to alarms and react in a timely manner
• Provide assistance to people in need
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity
• Submit reports of every suspicious action

• Minimum of SSCE is required- Minimum of a Credit in English Language is a Must
• Diploma/OND/ND will be an added advantage
• 0-2 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role
• Physically fit, Minimum of 5.5 feet height. Male & Female- Young Adults
• Good understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
