To continue to provide exceptional service delivery, the club is seeking to recruit very suitable candidates to fill the position below:     Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager Location: Lagos Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Food Science and Technology, Hotel and Catering Management, Culinary Arts, etc. A Master's Degree in relevant areas will be an added advantage
• Minimum of seven (7) years post qualification working experience in similar role. Three (3) years of which must be at a managerial level in same or any similar industry
• Demonstrated experience to manage all aspects of service operations including planning, stock handling and food and beverage preparation and presentation.

• Minimum of a B.Sc in Business Administration or any Social Science related discipline. Master's Degree will be an added advantage
• Professional membership of relevant local and/or international associations e.g. ICSN, NIM, CIA, IDMN, NIMN, etc.
• Minimum of eight (8) years post-graduation experience. Four (4) years must have been in a managerial role.

• B.Sc/HND in Event Planning and Management, Public Relations, Hospitality or any other relevant course of study
• Minimum of seven (7) years post qualification working experience in similar role. Three (3) years of which must be at a senior level in same or any similar industry
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Must be very fluent in English.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts
• Minimum of eight (8) years post-graduation experience. Five (5) years must have been in a managerial role
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Dedicated to food quality and control
• Strong knowledge of proper food handling and HACCP standards (at least level 2 certified).

• Minimum of a B.Sc in Business Administration or any Social Science related discipline. Master's Degree will be an added advantage. Professional membership of relevant local and/or international associations e.g. ICSN, NIM, CIA, IDMN, NIMN, etc.
• Minimum of six (6) years post-graduation experience. Two (2) years must have been in a managerial role.
• Must be very fluent in English.
