HR Aid Consults - Our client, a tech company is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below: Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Lagos Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Representative who will support users of their platforms.

Job Responsibilities

Respond to all enquiries from users via email, social media and live chat
Follow up with members of the technical support team on behalf of customers
Follow up with customers to assure them that their issue is being resolved
Respond to inbound and outbound phone calls
Escalate thorny issues to the technical support team for fast resolution
Maintain the self-serve Help Desk knowledge base.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Ability to break down complex/ technical issues into simple English
Great attitude, patient, calm
Hardworking and self-driven
Must have at least 2 years experience providing customer support for a tech platform
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
