  • Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
Job Duties
  • Collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Attracts potential customers.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
Skills and Qualifications
  • Documentation skills.
  • Listening skills.
  • Minimum of OND/ HND/ B.Sc in Business Administration or any other related field of study.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
