The LoveStruck™ Company is a Luxury and Celebrations brand dealing in Cakes, Health Foods, Gifting, Events Management and Honeymoon Optimization Services We are key players in Nigeria’s Food Industry, replete with a 33 – year history of providing high quality bakes & confectionery services in Nigeria and an off-shoot of Palpha Catering & Confectionery services.     Job Title: Customer Service Officer Reports To: Operations Manager Probation: 90 Days Location: Festac Town, Lagos. Job Purpose:

• This role is strategic in nature as the role holder drives sales and therefore the revenue of the Bakery. It is the key point of contact between LoveStruck Company and its customers and is in charge of ensuring revenue target achievement through engaging new and maintaining old customers therefore, closing sales.

• Generate leads, follow-up on existing leads and close sales deals
• Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
• Research and analyze new opportunities
• Maintain accurate sales records
• Report periodically on sales performance
• Maintain accurate customer database
• Recommend profit maximization and service improvement initiatives
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, trainings and meetings
• Social Media engagement and Content creation for the Brand.

• Bachelors’ Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND).  Candidate could be a graduate in Sales Management, Marketing or Customer Relationship Management.
• Ideal candidate must be able to read, write, speak clearly, infer and be good at Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Special Certifications/Licenses Required: Sales/Telemarketing training attendance is a plus
• Experience: Minimum of 2 Years’ experience in a customer-facing role.

• This position mandates Office presence from 8am to 6pm on Mondays to Saturdays (including all Public Holidays)
