The company is actively engaged in providing in-house designed and developed Power Solutions for various applications in telecom and non telecom. The Company is equally engaged in providing the services installation & Commissioning of Solar & Non Solar Hybrid Solutions, Installation & Commissioning of Remote Monitoring Solutions, Power Audit and Power Optimisation, Earthing & Surge Protections, Repair of Power Systems & O&M. We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Accounts Officer Location: Lagos Job Summary
  • The accounts officer will be responsible for the processing of vouchers, invoices and contract payments, generating reports and other accounting functions as needed to ensure accurate, timely payment sand financial reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Preparing Voucher
  • Maintaining ledger
  • Maintaining Cash Book
  • Generate cheque in accordance with issuing guidelines.
  • Prepare cheque voucher and submit for approvals.
  • Address employee and vendor inquiries regarding payments.
  • Input all vendor invoices in system.
  • Review aging and determine invoices to be paid.
  • Print reports.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts
Requirements
  • Must be organized and work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to apply reconciliation techniques using standard accounting methods and principles.
  • Knowledge of Quickbook is strongly needed.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting terminology and concepts
  • Ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Ability to perform accurate data entry.
  • Ability to prepare worksheets and reports on spreadsheets.
Qualification
  • AAT, OND, HND qualification.
Job Title: Sales Officer Location: Lagos Description
  • We are recruiting for the position of a Sales Officer for our company. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth knowledge on sales with a proven track record of helping businesses increase sales and improving sales associates' performance.
Responsibilities
  • Generating leads and turning them into opportunities for sales.
  • Contacting potential customers via telephone email and face to face.
  • Arranging meetings with prospects in order to demonstrate products.
  • Building long term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Ensuring all administration relating to sales is completed effectively.
  • Working closely with other departments and finding opportunities to cross sell.
  • Set appointments with clients and follow up with them afterward.
  • Negotiating prices with potential customers and closing sales.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business within the market.
  • Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry.
Requirements
  • Preferable female
  • Proven ability to drive sales and generate new business.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in sales/ marketing role
  • OND/HND in Electrical Engineering
  • Must be target driven.
